Our Baby's Name

We've had a name picked out since December. When we were driving from Kansas to Texas we talked about baby names for both genders. Since we found out we were having a boy (in January, I think?) we've been calling him by this name. We've had several confirmations of the name, in things we've read, things people have said, etc.

We're not sharing the name until he's born. Sorry, everyone. We're pretty set on the name, but you never know- it could change. So we're not telling anyone until his birthday.

It's kind of strange though because his name isn't found on the "most popular baby names" list, yet it keeps popping up everywhere lately. A friend who's due around the same time as me is naming her boy a variation of our baby's name. I just looked through an old college friend's newborn pictures and he has the same name. Someone in one of our church's other campuses had a baby a few months ago and gave him the same name. But he is Korean and this is just his English name. All of this will not deter us from keeping the name that we have. :)
